EXHIBITION TIMETABLE 2017
Every year at this time we put out a call for members to participate, in which ever way they are able, to ensure smooth running of the Annual Exhibition at the Kiama Leagues Club. The response has always been wonderful! So, if you can, we would be pleased to hear from you again.

WEDNESDAY 23rd AUGUST
BUMP-IN DAY
8.30am to 12noon: 14 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
[Volunteers entries processed 8.30 to 10 before doors open.]
REGISTRATION DESKS: 14 VOLUNTEERS
5 – to sit and mark off artist in register and find painting numbers
5 – to attach numbers to paintings and place in designated section area along the kitchen wall.
1- to supervise safety of paintings against the wall awaiting hanging.
3 – RUNNERS to take paintings from registration desks to each section.
9.30am HANGING THE ENTRIES
8 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED to work with Heather Netherclift
Thursday 24th AUGUST: JUDGING – 9.30am
Friday 25th AUGUST: OPENING NIGHT – 6pm
Please wear your Name Badge. Current Society policy requires that all volunteers pay the $15 entry fee which covers food. Vouchers will be issued for drinks.
26th August to 3rd SEPTEMBER
SITTERS for DURATION of EXHIBITION:
18 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.
2 shifts of 4 hours … 10am to 2pm & 2pm to 6pm. Two people per shift. Sunday 3rd Sept. only morning shift.
