May Demonstration with Kathy Karas:
Kathy demonstrated the use of gold and copper foil and metallic paints.
Kathy applied glue to the prepared canvas and then placed the gold foil carefully where she wanted it.
The foil was rubbed gently to flatten and reveal some of the underpainting.
The painting was completed.
Kathy has very generously donated this wonderful painting as one of our raffle prizes for our Annual Exhibition.
